The associate who helped me seemed knowledgeable about his product, and was kind enough to alert me of the sales which were running. During the decision making interim, the conversation was stimulating and enlightening so time passed pleasantly. The acid test for mattresses comes when I try and sleep on the thing. Metropolitan was hired by Costco to deliver some furniture that we ordered. They communicated with us when the items arrived in the warehouse and set up a delivery time. The delivery time was very broad (12-4), thank goodness one of us was able to be home during this time frame. They arrived a bit behind schedule but did call 30 minutes prior as promised. Pierre and Oscar did a great job setting everything up. They were professional, worked swiftly and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.
